Glucosamine, chondroitin

i-flex™ compared to glucosamine
Some studies have supported the idea that glucosamine can help maintain cartilage structure. However, scientists have not been able to show that taking glucosamine improves mobility and flexibility or reduces the need for painkillers or rescue medication by people suffering from joint complaints.

Unlike painkillers or rescue medication which offer just temporary relief, the unique ingredient complex in i-flex™ supports joint health and flexibility, helping to soothe joints without adverse effects.

i-flex™ compared to chrondroitin sulphate
Chrondroitin is often used in combination with glucosamine. It is believed to draw fluid into the tissue giving cartilage elasticity and slowing cartilage destruction. However, in a recent study conducted by the National Institute of Health in the USA, a combination of glucosamine and chrondroitin was found to be effective in promoting joint health in just 25% of participants.

By contrast, recent studies of the unique ingredient complex in  have shown a significant beneficial effect in 82% of participants.
